The 6-foot-1, 287-pound Oliver was the ninth overall selection in last year’s draft. A draft that was high quality. Also the player had proved to be a good pick for the Bills. Recording 43 tackles and five sacks as a rookie, for instance.

In 2018, Oliver got into a heated argument with Major Applewhite. Oliver’s head coach at the University of Houston. Ed had to be restrained on the sidelines. Oliver has stayed out of trouble since. However, will likely miss a few games this season for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.

“The Bills are aware of the situation. And Buffalo Bills are gathering more information.” said the Bills via statement. “The team will have no further comment at this point.”
